i discover my interests

Discovering your interests can help you identify topics and themes that appeal to you, which will help you get to know yourself over time.
Self-discovery is a long process that can easily last a lifetime. The goal is not to put pressure on you now, but to provide support as you navigate the process of choosing a profession.

It’s important to remember that discovering an interest is not necessarily the same as finding a profession. Above all else, your objective should be to get to know yourself and feel like you have an important place in your community and in society.

INSPIRING YOUTH PROJECTS

This digital manufacturing laboratory is a place of creation, learning, invention, innovation and mentoring. It offers a safe space to develop multiple skills using diverse materials and advanced technologies.

This organization, which originated in a multi-media campaign, aims to create spaces of support for Indigenous youth going through a hard time by providing videos and other forums to foster unity and resilience.

This is a group of First Nations youth representatives who advocate on issues such as languages that impact young people on a daily basis.

This podcast was created by a young urban Indigenous woman who talks about different issues and experiences that are important to Indigenous youth.

This program enables Indigenous students to obtain employment related to their field of interest within the federal public service, anywhere in Canada.

When I was younger, I was curious ... and therefore indecisive! I was interested in so many subjects that I couldn't choose a career path. i finally took the leap into computer science, and now, as a software developer, i can combine my love of problem-solving with my desire for freedom and experimentation. This field leads me to a thousand others: entertainment, education, health, industry, and more. After all, technology is at the center of so many businesses today. And contrary to what some might believe, software development is true teamwork. if you're interested in learning more, let me know! 🙂
