A renewed governance within the Board of Directors

The New Pathways Foundation is pleased to announce recent changes within its Board of Directors, marking a new milestone in strengthening its governance and advancing its mission toward the well-being and empowerment of First Nations youth.

We warmly welcome Jean Levasseur Moreau, who recently joined the Board of Directors. The
Foundation would also like to highlight the appointment of Catherine Ste-Marie as the new
Chair of the Board.

The Foundation extends its deepest gratitude to Mickel Robertson, who served as Chair of the
Board from 2013 to 2024, as well as to Marjolaine Siouï, involved since the very creation of the
Foundation, whose enduring commitment continues to inspire us all.

The Board of Directors of the New Pathways Foundation is distinguished by a 100% First Nation
governance, reflecting the diversity and richness of perspectives within the communities. A
governance model where the wisdom of Elders meets the vision and energy of the youth,
creating a meaningful balance that strengthens the Foundation’s mission.
